Welcome to a new podcast from the people that brought you CBO. This is Bags of Action. This monthly podcast is devoted to action movies, both old and new. A rotating group of hosts will talk about an action movie and then give it a score. It's as simple as that. This episode we talk about Blind Fury, the 1989 movie starring Rutger Hauer, an unlikely action hero. We also reveal the origin of this new podcast and where the name of the podcast came from. Next month we will be talking about Haywire, the 2011 action movie starring Gina Carano. If you would like to get in touch you can join in the discussion of all things related to action movies over on the Facebook Group or you can follow Bags of Action on Twitter @Bagsofaction. You can also email us at bagsofaction [at] gmail [dot] com. |

After 150 episodes and five years Scott and Steve call it a day and give you the triumphant finale of Comic Book Outsiders. The episode was recorded with a live audience and was completely unplanned but we cover some of the highlights of the last five years and speculate what the future might hold. For the first time this episode of CBO goes out completely unedited. Please keep subscribing to the feed because we'll still be podding and have some exciting shows coming along the feed very soon. In the meantime thanks so much to all of the amazing guests we've had and especially to all our listeners. But remember - we'll be back! |
