Welcome to a special episode. After our last Babylon 5 Episode proved to be so popular, and because we had so much fun doing it, we decided to come back to it again. This time we focus on Series 2 and this is where the real five year story starts to develop. Our discussion went on for so long as there was so much to talk about and so many fantastic episodes we've cut this episode into two and will release the second half in a few days time.

In this episode:

Our Main Feature is an interview with Alex Grecian, the creator of Proof from Image comics. We talk about how he was introduced to comics and his influences, which comics he's currently reading, how Proof came about and his experience with Image comics. There are no major spoilers so it won't spoil your pleasure of the comic if you listen and want to pick it up after.

In Challenge Scott I pitch 3 new books but before that we talk about an infamous comic I pitched to Scott a while back and he picked up recently - The Dark Knight Returns.

It's my turn to reveal a Guilty Pleasure, one from my youth, and it's one that breaks the mould. It's a very guilty pleasure.

Rounding off this episode, our Hidden Gem is a fairly new TV series that came out last year in the US, it's the comedy-spy drama, Chuck.

In this episode:

Our Main Feature is a discussion about vigilantes in comics and TV. Are they a bad thing or a good thing? We wrangle with this difficult issue and go over related issue in recent comics history.

In Challenge Scott I pitch 3 new books and break new ground for this segment as one of them is a Manga comic.

It's Scott's turn to reveal a Guilty Pleasure, one from his youth that I'm not too familiar with as it turns out.

Rounding off this episode, our Hidden Gem is perhaps second guilty pleasure for Scott, it's one of his favourite movies of all time, the independent movie - Primer.

Our Main Feature is our Bristol Convention discussion, looking back over everything that happened at the Bristol Expo comic convention last weekend in the UK.

In Challenge Scott we don't have any new comics, but Scott has built up quite a back log, so we discuss, Kick-Ass, The Darkness, Criminal and RASL.

It's my turn for a Guilty Pleasure, and this time I have something that I don't think should be guilty at all, but someone who was actually involved in the film disagreed.

This episode's Hidden Gem is where we talk about the fantastic film Kiss Kiss Bang Bang starring flavour of the moment Robery Downey Junior and Val Kilmer.

Welcome to a special episode, due mainly to our love of Babylon 5 and time constraints just before the Bristol Expo this weekend.

This episode we throw away all the usual format, and it is an extended Hidden Gem where we talk about the characters, the species, the plot for series 1 and how it all adds up to one fantastic first series of one of the best sci-fi shows of all time.

Our special guest is another Steve, someone whose knowledge of Babylon 5 is comparable to that of Scott and myself.

Apologies for the sound problems this episode, we should have them fixed for next episode after the Bristol Comic convention.

Our Main Feature is an interview with Pete Rogers, co-founder of Orang Utan Comics. We talk about how he got started in comics, 11th Hour - the new comics anthology and their connection with Markosia.

In Challenge Scott we start by talking about Hellboy, a previous book from last episode's Challenge Scott. He lets us know what he really thinks of it and we talk about some other classic comics that everyone should read at least once.

Slightly differently in this episode, we look ahead to upcoming comics, in Top Cow's Pilot Season 2. This is where they put out first issue of six or seven new series, and readers vote on MySpace for the ones they want to see turn into an ongoing series, and the top two or three with the most votes make it.

In Challenge Scott we start with some previous books Scott has picked up which are Ex-Machina from Wildstorm and 76 from Image comics.

A Trip to Rundberg

The story has been adapted into an animated film, by Sony Pictures Classics. The film is voiced by Catherine Deneuve, Chiara Mastroianni, Danielle Darrieux and Simon Abkarian, among others. It debuted at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Prize of the Jury. The film drew complaints from the Iranian government even before its debut at the festival.
